Dear Mark,

I am writing this letter to you to express my sincere gratitude to you and certain members of your staff that I know, having done business with Auto Scandia for many years.

Among those that I wish to compliment are

Paul Garlem, my long-standing mechanic. Paul has always repaired my vehicle expertly and been a super gentleman to me. Paul could easily be the brother I never had.

Rachid Rouiller, an excellent customer service representative. Rashid is consistently polite to everyone. Waiting for my Volvo to be repaired I have been privy to Rachid's customer service skills.

Wayne Nord, your manager, was certainly a wise choice to head up your facility. Wayne made magic happen for me.

My '86 240DL Volvo died on the road one morning. Because of the rust on the undercarriage I knew that it wouldn't pass inspection, which was due by the end of May. You and I met and talked about my situation. I appreciate your attentiveness to my position. You informed Wayne that I needed an auto and fairly soon, but that my budget was such-and-such.

I met with Wayne and we discussed my needs, which included a good back support because of my spinal fusion surgery. Wayne told me that there was a Saab on the lot that he didn't know what mechanical problems may be involved, but as soon as he had it checked out he would contact me.

Mark, I am now the owner of this beautiful, comfortable, affordable Saab. I couldn't be happier or more grateful. Truly the good Lord was also in play because there were friends who helped me as well. So, I thank you once again for the fine character of yourself and these staff members.
